BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement between User (Customer) and Camp Adda India Travel Pvt. Ltd.

Applicability of the Agreement:

This agreement incorporates the terms and conditions for Camp Adda India Travel Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “Company”) to provide services to the user intending to purchase or inquire about any travel products or services.

Travel agents are not allowed to make bookings for their customers on the Company website. Any such bookings may be cancelled without liability.

User Responsibility

By using the services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to services at any time without notice.

Fees & Payments

• The user is responsible for all charges, taxes, and service fees.
• Refunds for unutilized or no-show bookings must be requested within 90 days.
• No refund will be processed after the expiry of 90 days.

Payment Policies

• All bookings are based on prepayment.
• For individual bookings, full payment is due 30 days before arrival.
• For group bookings, 50% deposit is required 60 days before arrival.
• Balance payment must be completed 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 45+ days before travel: Full refund (handling charges apply).
• 45–30 days: 70% refund.
• 30–15 days: 50% refund.
• 15–7 days: 15% refund.
• Within 7 days: No refund.

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, government actions, technical issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Insurance

Travel insurance is the responsibility of the user unless explicitly provided by the Company.

Confidentiality

All confidential information must be kept private and used only for the purpose of the agreement.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Camp Adda India Travel Pvt. Ltd., the user agrees to these terms and conditions.
